No. I can now confirm it is from TB and I will open a BT report. I had two more occurrences of this error. The first one when exiting TB once. And the second one when receiving a single message in my main account. See attached PNG. The Connection Center was held open for over 2 hours (because I wasn't there) until I returned to my desk and clicked Cancel on the error dialog.
