I do not use IE7 neither WinXP. But I guess the issue is not related
to TheBat, but to IE7.
I guess, IE7 is not running (or at least some parts of it), and the
issue is in starting _and_ opening the URL.
Try to open IE7 first, and the click the URL in TheBat. Does this
work?
