Hello, I am in the process of trying to get my "Change message" filter working again and, whilst making changes to my Sorting office, I have had a strange happening three times in the last three days now.
I back up my TB! every night which is fortunate but could also be disastrous if I wasn't vigilant because, on opening the sorting office later in the day to check something again, I have found that I am presented with a very basic version which is missing about 50% of my filters. For instance there aren't any outgoing filters and only half the incoming ones. I don't know where TB! is finding this file as I've run a search and there's only one sorting office file on my PC. Of course I restore with my back up but I could go to bed one night with my sorting office unknowingly in the changed state and lose the lot! Maybe it's linked but I have also been left with one unread message at times in the in box and, even after doing a full maintenance, it's still there although I can't see it as all messages are marked as read! It only goes after closing and reopening TB!.
