The Bayes filter dream has not come very true. A few years ago I was getting 100+ text based spam a day. Bayes would have worked fine against that. As soon as somebody got the Bayes bright idea, the spammers changed tactics. So who is being trained? The spammers. The good thing is that I am not getting nearly so much spam these days. Some spammers have gone to prison. That is the best filter of all. > One advice: never let the filter delete a mail.
