I have a problem with "Header". I assumed that it means all in the header,
wether it is the sender, recipient, subject, cc etc. But somehow it doesn't
work that way. When I tried to specify if sender, recipient, subject, cc
etc separately it appears working, but requires a number of condition
instead of a single one.

Could you, or someone explain the difference between Header in general and
the specific items as sender, subject, recipient etc.
