Because  those  are BIG companies that can AFFORD that. In fact, those
companies  are  used  to  that kind of attitude. A small company can't
afford                  that                  kind                  of
do_it_as_I_want_or_I'll_post_a_bash_review_on_my_blog attitude.

We've  been  using  this email client longer than you do and I haven't
found this a shortcoming... you're not alone, I presume, but you're in
a tiny minority.
