No problem with > 3.99.06. I reinstalled 3.99.06 and it worked perfectly. I reinstalled 3.99.21 and again had the failure when trying to send from ACDSEE although mailto links are again working. Something UNchecked the "associate mailto" in the preferences. I am not sure where or when that happened. I do not use nor have I tested any other email programs.
