Hello all, I use the 'Monitor Issue' option in many BT reports, even if I have not opened them, so I'll be informed by email when a note is added or the status changes.
My question is (if anyone knows): Does the author of a report (who opened it) get those email even if he has not selected 'Monitor Issue'? If not, I think he should by default (if that is possible). Why? I have recently added some notes to some reports asking for clarification or additional information and I got no response from the author. So I am assuming that, unless he checks his reports regularly, he doesn't know I have added a note asking for additional information. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
