I haven't followed this thread in detail, so I am not sure if SnowManWales mentioned if he had been using Customiser or not. If he did, then maybe it is worth taking a look at 'tbuser.def' file in MAIL directory. One quick test could be to exit TB, copy tbuser.def to a safe place, delete it from MAIL directory and then start TB again. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
