The suggestion is to allow this permission. It is not possible now. Another wish (this seems to have gotten lost while the thread progressed) is a real HTML editor, for those who want to use it. I have situations in the office were I need to reply to HTML mail in HTML, keeping the format (tables or colours), and maybe add some pictures in the middle.
