Hello, as I discovered in latest 4.0.0.x alpha builds, sometimes when I hit Allow/Block in Download URL manager, dialog correctly dissappears and sometimes stays displayed empty, so I must close it manually.
Today I have started TB and because HTML message with missing images was selected before restart, URL manager appeared.
