The executable is 50% of the previous!?

Minimizing does little or nothing. These values are about half of the
v4.0.0.4 I just tested:

13 POP 3 OTFP         | restart     |         | Get ALL |   After |
                      | Master PWD  |         |  ACCTS  | full bkp|
runtime               |   0hrs      |   3min  |  10min  |   15min |
                      |             |         |         |         |
                      |     MB      |         |         |         |
virtual               | 80,396      | 160,076 | 162,956 | 191,808 |
private               | 17,832      |  86,404 |  88,056 |  99,208 |
WS Private            | 22,224      |   6,666 |  15,276 |  22,744 |
WS Sharable           |  2,780      |   2,780 |   2,968 |   8,228 |
===================================================================
full back-up    once                                      error

There were no AV's on the same full backup I previously did, but every
account folder that had messages generated an error message:

    "An error occurred while storing data of the folder
    \\betaloggy\Sent Mail

    It is possible that the message base index file is damages - try
    to delete the index file and re-read the folder, then try to
    backup again"

Perhaps it has something to do with OTFE? There is a screenshot at:
