As is been now now: From top to bottom. If you need in Incoming filter
to be processed in a different order than an Outgoing filter (I
wouldn't know why), you can still create seperate ones.

In fact, you can work the same way you work now, if you tick only
"Incoming" in one set, and only "Outgoing" in another. The wish will
*allow* you (not force you) to make a filter have both conditions.

MAU already mentioned that Read/Reply filters are somewhat different.
I don't know about that. For me, Incoming/Outgoing filters are the
important ones, where I have tons of duplicatations which I need to
update manually.

Why? I don't see any change to the existing system, except that we
have a choice of using the same filter for both Incoming and Outgoing
messages.
