No, I remember that I didn't need to switch the keys. Which was much
better from a usability POV. But I don't remember in which version I
last moved a folder across accounts, it was defnitely several years
ago.

Time for a wishlist item to get the old behaviour back for
shift-crtl-up, I think. We need a different key combo for moving
accounts, it's a different function.
