Unfortunately, it doesn't - going to Spell Checker -> Dictionaries
results in the following error:

Access violation at address 00887CCD in module 'thebat.exe'. Read of address 
FFFFFFFC.

Pressing F4 (Check entire text) results in "Please select languages
used in the text" (I don't have the menu to do this), and no matter
which engine I select in Options, it reverts to CSAPI when I close and
re-open the Options dialog.
