Hello, I do not know how long is this present for me, but there is something wrong with this option or maybe with whole confirmations section.
I have option "Saving a message with empty subject" disabled. I check it, try to save message with empty subject and no confirmation appears. When I restart program and check preferences, option is unchecked!
