I did the same thing. No luck. In the base TB folder, I added a "Dictionaries" folder and put the expanded Hunspell dictionary pieces (.aff and .dic) in there. The SSCE files are in the "Speller" folder, in parallel with the Dictionaries folder. Then I went to the Spell check - options window. The Hunspell tab is still grayed out. Then I went to Spellchecker - dictionaries window. Under the area "edit dictionary," where the SSCE files are listed (and are placed in the Speller folder, not the dictionaries folder), the Hunspell files (.aff and .dic) don't show. If I put the Hunspell files into the Speller folder instead of the Dictionaries folder, TB won't start. It crashes. Help!
