This also occurs in Vista Home Premium.  Also, if you try to associate
TB from options / preferences and the start TB from the Start Menu
e-mail icon you get a message saying:

[Window Title] Explorer.EXE

[Content]


Application not found


[OK]

Once you click OK you get the following message:

[Window Title]
E-mail

[Content]
The item you selected is unavailable.  It might have been moved, renamed, or 
removed.  Do you want to remove it from the list?

[Yes] [No]
