What's new in 4.0.12.1 since 4.0.12.0: [*] Better looking new account dialogue [-] Fixed an AV when viewing some S/MIME certificates. [-] Message deletion settings for Exchange Server (MAPI) accounts weren't properly set for newly-create accounts. [-] New MicroEd was not working properly with IME (Far East languages keyboard input system) [-] If a host name in DNS had multiple IP addresses, The Bat! couldn't connect to it via POP3/SMTP. Only IMAP connections did work properly. This was most obvious when connecting to localhost under Windows Vista to an application that didn't support IPv6.
