Created such a QT especially for you and this is the result:

When I type ... + [ctrl][space], I get the list of QT's in which I have
chosen "...".

I don't know what was the behaviour before 4.0 because I did not have such a
QT.

Personally I would not make such substitutions with a QT, but rather with
something like ShortKeys or PhraseExpress.

… was a substitution for ...+ with PhraseExpress
