I was pretty sure you would have already though about and be using the folders-identities 'solution'. But I said to myself: "Just in the improbably case that he hasn't thought about it, let's suggest it". Anyway, I'm with you. A drop-down list is the way to go when you have to select one item from a list of hundreds of them (email addresses in your case). But since Rit guys may not see the marketing benefits of implementing such drop-down list, and therefore not implement it for a long time, I was going to suggest other alternate workarounds using QTs and/or AB, but I'm quite sure you've already thought about and discarded them. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
