I as well, but there lies the challenge. I will find it, one way or another. It has to be some configuration issue or something I have set inadvertently (although I would expect to be able to find a setting that would impact receiving mail. It has to be Filters, in line options, or something) and I did not realize the impact at the time while learning the functionality of the program.
If no joy soon, I will be removing the program, cleaning the registry, and starting over with a clean install, implementing changes in a documented controlled posture unless you have a suggestion for a better approach. I have been watching your responses to issues posted to the beta group and like the verbiage and tact you use which, IMHO, is that of a seasoned professional. Just the facts...pure and simple..
