I just tried right-clicking on the button bar and choosing 'Customise' to see if I could fix the broken address book button. The attached GIF shows what I see in the customise dialog both before *AND AFTER* I removed the spurious delete button!
Here's what I did:
1. Right-click the button bar
2. Pick 'Customise...' from the popup menu
3. Click on the 'Delete' item at the bottom of the list
of buttons
4. Click on the 'Remove' button in the Customise dialog
(the 'delete' item disappears from the list)
5. Close the customise dialog
6. Hover the mouse over the button that should be the
address book and see that it still has a 'Delete'
tool tip
7. Right-click the button bar
8. Pick 'Customise...' from the popup menu
9. Notice that the 'Delete' item is back
10. Report this strange behavior to TBBETA
