Are you threading just by Reference, by Subject or by Reference plus Subject? Why do you think is it incorrectly Threaded? What is the Message-ID of the message it is threaded to? What is the 'In-Reply-To:' header, if it has any, of the the message wrongly threaded? What is the 'References:' header, if it has any, of the the message wrongly threaded?
