Hallo tbbeta, After installing 4.0.14.12 all messages got delivered in my inbox Upon checking my incoming filters were gone Reverting to 4.0.14.11 didn't help
Grabbed my latest backup, restored the account settings and my incoming filters were back. As I had changed one of my filters today (with 4.0.14.11 IIRC) I changed that filter again.
