Art, I regret to say that it is not completely fixed in 4.0.18.2. I keep my Search toolbar on the same line with the Menu toolbar. After moving it (intentionally or accidentally), I cannot get it back next to the Menu toolbar in 4.0.18.2. So I am hanging on to my 4.0.14.2/3. By the way, this might not be such a problem if there were some way to lock the toolbars. As things stand now, it is easy to move the toolbars by mistake.
