Did that quite some alphas and betas ago. One time it had disappeared from my toolbar. :-( TB is a great program, but it's becoming more and more not-simple. A few weeks ago I gave a workshop and as email software was a topic, I told them, the best is The Bat! but it's not for beginners; there are too many options that can't be (de)activated with just one (or two) clicks. What to do to use a spellchecker, using smime or pgp, handling templates, macros, etc.... mighty stuff, but beginners need either a course to learn it all, or a Ritlabs wizard-tool could lead them through it all, asking the right questions and configuring them.
