I remember this being reported in a previous beta and it persists still. When moving large numbers of messages between folders window the "Moving Messages" status window will pop up. The middle is in a transparent state, showing the window behind it. The progress bar will advance a few clicks the the middle and status will go all white. Once complete, the will not close. Minimizing TB leaves the status window in the middle of the screen. The only way to remove it is to exit TB.
In task manager, TB is renamed to "TB Moving Messages".
