On my side all is show properly. When opening your msg I see it with
the 'Latin 9 (ISO)' Character Set. When opening your attachment I see
no reference to any of the Character Set displayed in the menu. I
can't find the "Estrangelo Edessa" on my system. For my environment
info see below.
