If you select a name in the Addressbook address book and click
in "File," one choice is "New message using template."
Pre-4.0.26 clicking on "New message using template" would
bring up a list of templates to use to send a message to the
selected name.
Now clicking on "New message using template" brings up "Quick
Templates"/the template editor instead.
The same problem exists when creating a new message from the
the drop down list associated with the new message icon. A
list of templates should appear. Instead, only the template
editor appears.
