Done some additional testing: Probably only the view of the outbox is
not refreshed.
I press Shift+Alt+F5 to trigger the Forwarding (or
"Special"-"Alternative Forward").
Pressing Ctrl+R while focus is on the outbox in folder tree shows some
(2 or 3) additional messages. I have to press Ctrl+R very often to
display them all tried out with 70 small text messages). :-/
