Starting the install while TB is running gives the attached dialog, and the blank options seem to mean "Close program automatically" and "Don't close program automatically". Choosing the first option caused my TB to briefly display an error message and then disappear, however it wasn't closed (it was left doing something in the background consuming nearly one core), and after about a minute, I got another dialog from the installer asking me to click OK once TB was closed.
