Hello Tbbeta, I have
TB! 4.0.39.27 (ALPHA) Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition 5.2.3790 AVG 7.5 (Server version) I have is set to do automatic backups. On a start it was performing an automatic backup, and AVG was updating. AVG needed TB! to be shutdown. As it was in the middle of a backup I decided to wait until it had finished. When it had finished I clicked the OK button on the AVG this tried to shud down TB! However it was now downloading messages. So the Dialogu came up asking how / when to shut down.
