Hello TheBat Beta List Members!!! Someday, and that was in Tuesday morning, Volker wrote something like this: >>>> Yes. But there will be no butfixes further. >>> Are there any known *showstoppers* for that release cycle? I really >>> cannot remember one … >> Maybe: > I think you got me wrong: All the bugs listed below (except the two UTF-7 > bugs in IMAP and two minor bugs) *are* fixed in the 4.0.x release cycle, > i.e. with a 4.0.39.39 all these bugs are fixed and you do not need to pay > for a new license key. I wanted to know, if there are any "old" *not* > fixed showstopper bugs, that make The Bat! 4. 0.39.39 *unusable*?
> Okay, you may say that you do not want to work with a Beta, so you do not > have all these fixes with the latest release of 4.0.x, which is the > 4.0.38. But I really cannot say that this version is absolutely unusable. I not say that TB v4 even in Beta cycle is unusable. I only write that there is couple of bugs that are not fixed in FINAL version and in v4.0.x FINAL will be not fixed. RITs policy is ~ number UP, support DOWN ... In this case this is my opinion of course. What I really expect/want -> ROADMAP. -- Thanks and best regards, Sebastian Murawski ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 4.1.1.5 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
