Don't give up yet :) First, why don't you send me (us) a screenshot of your main toolbar so I (we) can see the icons size your are talking about? Second, do you have a 'batskin.xml' file in your 'Program files/The Bat!' directory? If so, could you also send it? -- Best regards, Miguel A.
