Marek: I know hundreds of people who even never used an email program
or a computer. They are happy walking their dogs and playing with
their children and they do not care about HTML templates and other
enhancements ...

Two quotes, worth to look at:

The customer doesn't expect everything will go right all the time;
the big test is what you do when things go wrong. (Sir Colin Marshall)

Quality in a product or service is not what the supplier puts in. It
is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for. A product is
not quality because it is hard to make and costs a lot of money, as
manufacturers typically believe. This is incompetence. Customers pay
only for what is of use to them and gives them value. Nothing else
constitutes quality. (Peter Drucker (1909 - 2005))
