Virtual folder will not hold check marks to select certain accounts, yet apparently the information that they were selected is retained somewhere. In my case I have an account "Google Rgrun1" that WILL retain a check in the outbox and one "Google GROUPMAIL" that will not. This is instantly repeatable. Add the check, close the properties and go right back in and the checkmark for that account's outbox is gone (or any other check box for that matter)
