Not OK. I advised 9Val at the time that if it is possible to add many
filters, it should work. (It did in the old filtering system.) He said
something about Windows handlers which sounded like they had no clue
how to handle those and there was recursive action which in fact
causes these problems. It is a bug Ritlabs does not plan to fix.

Yeah well. When was the New Filtering System (NFS) introduced? Don't
hold your breath. My bug report is not even 5 years old:
