Steps To Reproduce Open a message contaning an attachment, right-click on an attachment icon, and click on the "Save..." entry. Or Create a new message and select "Utilities" -> "Attach files" -> "MIME coded..." Additional Information This behaviour seems counterintuitive to me, since it is natural for a window to be a background for any dialog invoked within the window.
