An overkill? What is an overkill? But, from what you say and request, I gather you read your messages in Folder View without displaying Message List and, anyway, you want to see the CG of the message, correct? And that is why you come up with this new feature request, right? "between Headers and Viewer Section". Shouldn't this be optional also? Some users may may like it somewhere else. Maybe in a status bar at the bottom? "which shows up the the Color Group of the message". The colour (i.e graphic), the CG name or both? If the colour, which of the different colours you can define for a CG? The background colour or the colour of the text? What if a CG has no colour defined, just a different font style (bold, italics, etc.)? And for which of the settings: Normal, Unread, Selected, Selected Unread, ...? In your OP you also said: "this should not be very difficult, I guess?" Still think the same? See where I'm trying to get at? If you view (display) the Message List (at least one line of it) you have it all there. Only if you want to see the *name* of the CG you have to add that column to your view mode. Is this a 'workaround' and an 'overkill' that requires 'so many changes'? But, Hey! Be my guest!
