Can't confirm.
Tried to ignore TB in two separate ways:
Opened TB while I was busy with some book keeping, ignored the
master password prompt for 15 minutes, but kept on using my computer.
Afterwards TB got all counts just fine and I had no problems
whatsoever in using or closing it.
Just now I ignored the master password prompt, left the pc to
prepare lunch, after ten minutes I came back and logged on. All counts
were ready and I could use TB just fine. (Haven't tried to close it
yet.)
