Hello all,

I was going to reply to Gunivortus
<mid:1767053716.20090314103...@boudicca.de> suggesting an Incoming
filter that I actually created. I copied it (Ctrl+C) and when pasting it
in my reply I saw that the 'Redirect' action line refers to a
template. Se filter below:

$$$$ TB! Message Filter $$$$

endFilter

I edited and re-created the filter several times and it never asks, and
I found no way, of selecting a template for the Redirect action. As it
should be, Redirect does not need any template.

However, if I copy&paste it, the template (seems to be account's New
Message template) is always included in the Redirect line. Weird, isn't
it?

I have searched BT and I found no reference to this problem, at least in
the last year or so.

So, I tried with the previous latest versions I have available (down to
4.1.11.2) and they all behave and do the same.

But then I found a copy of the 4.1.5 executable and I tried with that.
Surprise, surprise! When adding the filter action Redirect it *does* ask
for a template. Actually, it does open the template editor window.

So, I have to assume that the problem in 4.1.5 was later corrected but,
for some reason, when copying a filter with a Redirect action there is
still a reference to a template in the copied text.

Can anybody confirm any of my findings? Or, does anyone know of a BT
entry about this and that I may have missed?

TIA.
