I am registered user (as i am on a lot of software) and i am running 8.0#237 with Messenger Spam Protection disabled and Updates (PRG) disabled - which is working for me, there came up new developements after that it went more and more bad. Same Story, other Location - that is my Opinion. There is a big problem with the Messenger Spam Protection of AVG, i already talked with Mr.Jakob which initially developed the program before it became to big for one Person and i am in Touch with the Developers, but there are many issues which are not fixed by now.
