a) Message|Send delayed|Config message delays
b) Status bar => Icon "Delayed send"|Config message delays
BTW: maybe the English strings should be reviewed:
- "User define" => "User defined" or better "Custom"
- "Msg delay" => "Delayed Sending" or so
- Icon "Delayed send" => "Send delayed"
I am no English native speaker, but these strings sound strange
to me. ;-)
