Open Task Manager and closed the program. 6. Restarted the program with no problem. Once I restarted the program, I repeated steps 1 & 2. No problem was reported and I was able to send the required message. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate on a dual core machine with two monitors I really can reproduce this problem in a reliable manner. However it has happened under the above stated conditions.
