Hello Tbbeta, I think that I have found my problem.
Account is set as follows. Delivery type Immediate Combined delivery. Periodic checking each 5 minutes. I pick an email to reply to and reply to it and then put it into the outbox. After this I can not send it with (any combination of) F2.
