It is the second case I observed it at a user, it seems to be reproducible:
- v4.0: make a backup - remove v4.0 - install v4.1 or v4.2 - restore the backup - send some mails, everything looks ok - restart TB - sent mails after the restore are NOT in the Sent mail folder - compose a mail, try to send it from the mal composing screen immediately - error: Cannot export mail - close the mail composing screen (put the letter in the Outbox) - go to the Main screen. The mail is in the Outbox, so send it from the main screen. It works, and after it you can even send mails from the mail composing window, TB is cured. What bothers me is that users lose mails... It mus be connected somehow to the new index file, I guess. I will test it further. Please confirm it. PS: Is it normal that I made a support ticket into the official Ritlabs support system (about MAPI) and after 4 days of internal ping-pong (you do it, no, you do it) still no answer? What is your experience, if any? I try to help my users immediately or max 1 day.
