I see Ritlabs is now focussing in on their target group:

1.) Computer freaks who would be interested what format is used behind
the scenes, rather than consistency in the user interface.

2.) People who don't read Thai-language emails.

I think it is always good to focus, otherwise the customer base would
too vast and too difficult to handle. Good move!
