As a Windows XP Home SP 3 user, I cannot confirm this issue in the
last fix (or any other version I have checked on). I just checked the
possibilities for default mail program, and TB is listed, together
with Outlook and Windows Live Mail and Outlook Express (which I have
earlier removed from my Windows installation).
