No macros - just setting it per message via the message menu:
Options > Send timing > +15 (or +1 hour)
and that works perfectly fine. It looks like it may be in in the
macro/templating system. Are your templates per folder or from and
address group/individual?

After reading Rick's last message I think you need to look at where
the macro/template is. In previous TB! versions - v2+ - there were all
kinds of strand things with folder templates that would happen, But
that could have been in the days that TB! was build using my beloved
Delphi and it's VCL. What do you think?
I will try templating a delay macro and report back.
